Usher has a few big name collaborations in the works. The “OMG” singer tells Rap-Up.com that he plans to hit the studio with Rihanna, Jay-Z and Pitbull sometime this year. Usher remarks, quote, “Me and Rihanna have been speaking about doing something together. There is definitely something to wait for, I’ll say that much.” He adds, quote, “Me and Pitbull talked about doing something. Jay-Z and I talked about doing something.” Usher and Jay-Z have worked together on two previous occasions. Usher appeared on Jay-Z’s track “Anything” from his “Kingdom Come” album, while “Hov” was featured on the song “Best Thing” from Usher’s “Here I Stand” record.
Usher is currently promoting his sixth studio release, “Raymond v. Raymond.” The album opened at number one on the Billboard 200 thanks to hits like “OMG,” “Daddy’s Home” and “Lil Freak.”
