The showdown of the ’80s movies has been won. Who was the victor, The Karate Kid or The A-Team, my choice was Karate Kid.
The Karate Kid starring Will Smith’s son Jaden and Jackie Chan earned an estimated $56M to take the top spot. In 2nd was the movie version of the A-Team with $26M.
Rounding out the top 5 at the box office is Shrek Forever After in 3rd with $15.8M, 4th was the comedy Get Him to the Greek, followed by Killers in 5th starring Ashton Kusher.
