Jadakiss has been taking his time with his upcoming “Top Five Dead or Alive” album. The rapper was recently a guest on Connecticut’s Hot 97.3, and explained that he wants the production on the record to be almost perfect. He states, quote, “They’re huge songs. That’s why I’m taking so long and that’s why I’m being so careful with the production. The beats don’t even need words on them, that’s how good the production is.” Jadakiss’ “Top Five Dead or Alive” will feature appearances from artists like Kanye West, Rick Ross, The-Dream, and Young Jeezy. “Jada” says fans can expect the record sometime this fall.
Jadakiss’s last release was 2009’s “The Last Kiss.” The record opened at number three on the Billboard 200 after selling 138-thousand copies in its first week.
