Turning your dad’s attention to his health could be the best gift you can give him this Father’s Day.  Peter Moore, editor of “Men’s Health” magazine, says dads can do themselves a favor that could pay off later on by getting a regular physical exam.  He also noted men between the ages of 20 and 40 who pay attention to basics like healthy eating and regular exercise can help prevent serious health problems later in life such as heart disease and diabetes.  Because men often avoid going to the doctor, Moore suggests their loved ones use the approach of appealing to their sense of responsibility.  Just tell your dad you want him to be there for the family for many years to come.
