Today’s Hot Reverse Jam: Silk The Shocker – It Ain’t My Fault

Vyshonn King Miller (born June 18,1975) better known by his stage name Silkk The Shocker (Formally Silkk), is an American rapper from New Orleans, Louisiana. He is the brother of fellow rappers C-Murder and Master P, and the uncle of Master P’s son, Romeo.

 

Silkk The Shocker rose to fame in the mid-late 1990s, releasing his first record The Shocker in 1996 using the alias Silkk. After changing his name to Silkk the Shocker then went on to appear Tru’s Tru 2 da Game, Mia X’s Unlady Like, and Mystikal’s Unpredictable. In 1998, Silkk the Shocker would feature on Master P’s 1998 hit “Make ‘Em Say Uhh!”. Continuing on the success of the hit single, Silkk would release his next single with label-mate Mystikal as a featured artist on “It Ain’t My Fault” off his second album Charge It 2 Da Game.
