So, last week I decided after I left the club to grab something to eat because I was STARVING! I mean, come on, after tearing up the dance floor and sista needs to replenish herself, right? Now you and I both know that there are only so many places you can go at 1:30 in the morning so I decided to head to the closest place to my house. Keep in mind this is during the week but I knew this place was open until 2Am. I pulled up to place my order and there was no answer. By now it is 1:45AM. So I waited. Waited. Waited. Finally I went to the window and knocked. A woman appears infront of the window, yells through the window and says “We are closed”…I replied “Your sign says open until 2AM) It is now 1:50am. She walked away. I of course took a picture of the sign that says “Open until 2AM” and the florensent sign that says “OPEN”. I was disgusted and hungry! I called and made a complaint the next day. I am very big on customer service. Don’t get me wrong. I understand being tired and ready to go home but you are paid to do a job. You are paid to follow the rules. Now they have lost a customer. I’m sure it doesn’t hurt their pockets but it’s just principle.
