Lloyd Banks is no longer facing criminal charges in Canada.  AllHipHop.com is reporting that judge Michael Epstein dismissed the emcee’s assault charges on July 15th.  Banks’ attorney, Scott Leemon, says the “On Fire” rapper is happy to be done with the case stating, quote, “After a careful and neutral evaluation of the facts, it is good to see that the system actually worked.  With this finally behind him, Banks looks forward to coming back to Canada soon.”  Lloyd Banks and three other men were accused of assaulting booking agent Chis Hines following a show in Ontario, Canada last January.  Hines claimed the men held him hostage in his hotel room and assaulted him for more than 20 minutes.  Two other men have been cleared in the case, while Nicklas Sloane pleaded guilty to assault and received a 25-hundred dollar fine.

Lloyd Banks is preparing to release his third studio effort “Hunger For More Two.”  The album is expected in stores this September.
