“So Into You was later covered by Fabolous as “Into You”, the third single from his second studio album Street Dreams.
It is also on Tamia’s album More. It reached #4 on the Billboard Hot 100, becoming the second single from the album to reach the Top 10.
The song features Tamia for the video and single, and Ashanti for the album version. It samples the chorus of Tamia’s song “So Into You” produced by Tim & Bob from her 1998 album Tamia, which samples Commodores’ song “Say Yeah”. On the re-released version of the Street Dreams album, both the Tamia and Ashanti versions appear on the album, with Tamia’s version being a bonus track.
K. D. Aubert makes a cameo in the video as his love interest.
