Faith Evans will face charges for her arrest last month at a drunken driving checkpoint near Marina Del Rey, California.  The Grammy winning singer was charged Friday with two misdemeanor DUI charges in connection to the August 21st arrest.  This is not Evans’ first brush with the law.  In 2004, the singer and record executive Todd Russaw were arrested and charged with marijuana and cocaine possession after a traffic stop in the Atlanta area.  Both were required to attend an addiction treatment program.  Evans, who was once married to late rapper the Notorious B.I.G., won a Grammy in 1998 for her contributions to the Notorious B.I.G. tribute track called “I’ll Be Missing You.”
