Nicki Minaj is speaking out about her brief Twitter “marriage” to fellow hip-hop star Drake.   The “femcee” says the entire incident was born of mischief, adding that the online marriage hoax was a “payback” to bloggers.  While on Atlanta radio station Hot 107.9 over the weekend, she said, quote, “I wanted to give the blogs payback and put my own story out.”  But the story wasn’t true.  She and Drake — who she calls her “little brother” — aren’t an item and she wants to make it clear as to why that is.  Minaj says, quote, “I’m always single.  I don’t date boys.  I don’t like boys.  It’s true.  I don’t change.  I think boys are yucky, and that’s it.  Nothing more to say.”

Minaj is hard at work on her debut album, “Pink Friday,” which arrives on November 23rd.  She can also be heard on a new Kanye West track that also features rap icon Jay-Z.  The song, “Monster,” is posted at West’s website, KanyeUniverseCity.com.  About the track, Minaj says, quote, “I’ve just been blessed to be on a song with two living legends…I’m happy people think I murdered the record.  It just feels exciting to be a part of that collab.”
