One of hip-hop’s biggest acts will reportedly be performing on one of sport’s biggest stages. SportsByBrooks.com is citing a source that says the Black Eyed Peas will be the halftime performer for Super Bowl 45, which will take place at Cowboy Stadium in Dallas, Texas on February 6th. A spokesman for the National Football League declined to comment when asked about a possible Peas performance. Next year’s Super Bowl wouldn’t be the first time the Black Eyed Peas have entertained for the NFL. The group was part of the pregame celebration for the Super Bowl in 2005. They also performed at the NFL Kickoff Concert in Pittsburgh in 2009.
