Fox will reveal the new judges’ panel for the tenth season of “American Idol” next week. People.com reports that the announcement will come at an event to be hosted by Ryan Seacrest in Los Angeles, California on Wednesday, September 22nd. That’s the same day the show is holding auditions at The Forum in L.A.
After a summer of speculation, fans will at long last find out who will be replacing outgoing judges Simon Cowell, Kara DioGuardi, and Ellen DeGeneres. A variety of names have surfaced over the past several weeks, including singers Shania Twain, Harry Connick Jr., Elton John, and Chris Isaak. But recent reports have said the two new judges will be singer Jennifer Lopez and Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler.
