A Florida man claims he was attacked by Drake’s security team while attending the rapper’s concert in Jacksonville last week.  Jeremis Soriano tells Jacksonville’s ABC Action News that his friend tried to approach Drake, but was shoved away by the emcee’s security.  Soriano says he defended his friend by yelling at the rap star, at which point he was allegedly punched by security.  He explains, quote, “Before I got to say his name, [the bodyguard] hit me in the mouth and I fell back.”  Soriano wound up needing six stitches for a busted lip.  He says he wants to sue to have his medical bills paid, adding that he is meeting with a lawyer to determine if he should press charges.

Soriano states, quote, “I don’t even want to hear his songs on the radio.  They are the same people that are buying your CDs.  You shouldn’t treat us like that.”  Drake has yet to comment on the incident.  Jacksonville police are currently conducting an investigation.
