Police open fire on gunmen and bystanders on South Beach! From what I can tell in the video, someone on a motorcycle and whomever was in the car had it out for each other. Someone in the car got hit, hence the sudden stop. The motorcyclist drove off. Police approached the vehicle and…well…just watch.
