About the Summit

African American women in Indianapolis are 42% more likely to die from breast cancer than white women. This FREE Summit will give health professionals and community members tools for fighting this disparity and together find solutions to reduce the breast cancer death rate for African American women.

The Breast Health Summit is FREE but registration is required. Register early. Seating is limited. Registration must be received by Friday, February 17, 2017.

Continuing Education Units Available for Health Professionals

This activity has been submitted to the Ohio Nurses Association (OBN-001-91) for approval to award contact hours. The Ohio Nurses Association is accredited as an approver of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

Certificates of Completion of Workshop(s) will be available for all health professionals desiring continuing education units. On your Summit registration please indicate if you are a health professional.
